Installed a home security system after my husband died. Much superior presentation as to what they would do, why, and what it would cost compared to two other companies I got estimates from. The installation was done quickly with no mess. System worked well. Only stopped service when I bought a condo and moved.

We signed up with Splaine after a theft nearly two decades ago and have been 100% satisfied! The glass-breaking option is very reassuring, given all our windows. We’ve triggered a false alarm a few dozen times over the years (blame the dog via a human!) so probably should have installed a keypad at the back door, too. But we’ve found the phone response always prompt and courteous (and at no cost, unlike some firms). Six stars to Splaine!

I hired Splain to update and upgrade an inactive security system in a house I recently bought. I was very impressed with their ability to use the existing system and the range of improvements they were able to implement. I also appreciated their focus on system reliability – particularly in an emergency situation. This company is bit old school and steered me away from some of the newest technology and towards earlier existing technology with a proven record of reliability and cost effectiveness. I did have two issues that required a come back for repair / replacement but Splain quickly came out to fix the problem no questions asked so I was very impressed with how responsive they were for a service request. I am about six months in now with the new system and everything works flawlessly. Very good value and service offering. I am a happy customer.
